Barista milk with no sugar is milk that collected 100% from the best cows in highland places and heated to at least 72°C for at least 16 seconds, then cooling it to 4 °C. That heating and cooling process is called Pasteurized practice which does not kill all micro-organisms in milk, but is intended to kill some harmful bacteria to health and make some enzymes inactive. Moreover, this method extends Barista milk's shelf life for one or two weeks.
