Novaland Contracts VND 2,000 Billion To Owners Of Aqua Waterfront City Project
05/04/2022Novaland Real Estate Investment Group has just approved a resolution to contribute more capital to Da Lat Valley Real Estate Company Limited and transfer the contributed capital in Khanh An Investment and Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
Specifically, Novaland will contribute an additional VND 2,000 billion to Da Lat Valley Real Estate Company Limited, accounting for 72.62% of charter capital, equivalent to becoming the parent company of Da Lat Valley Real Estate.
Knows as Da Lat Valley Real Estate is a unit that cooperates with Novaland to develop Aqua Waterfront City project with an area of more than 85 hectares, located in the overall Aqua City smart ecological urban area in Dong Nai province.
The Aqua Waterfront City project was announced in the first quarter of 2020 and is expected to be handed over from the fourth quarter of 2022 with 2,701 products, including detached villas, duplexes, townhouses, and commercial townhouses.
Bên cạnh đó, HĐQT Novaland cũng thông qua việc chuyển nhượng toàn bộ phần vốn góp 3.959 tỷ đồng tại Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Phát triển Nhà ở và Hạ tầng Sài Gòn và 1.000 tỷ đồng tại Công ty TNHH Đầu tư và Phát triển Bất động sản Khánh An cho CTCP Nova Hospitality.
Besides, Novaland’s Board of Directors also approved the transfer of the entire capital contribution of VND 3,959 billion at Saigon Infrastructure and Housing Development Investment Limited Company and VND 1,000 billion at Khanh An Real Estate Development and Investment Limited Company for Nova Hospitality JSC.
Present Novaland owns 100% of charter capital at Saigon Housing and Infrastructure Company and 99.98% of charter capital at Khanh An Real Estate. Khanh An real estate is also holding 95.49% of Carava Resort Co., Ltd., the investor of NovaBeach Cam Ranh tourist urban project project in Khanh Hoa province with a scale of 22.6 hectares, expected to be handed over from second quarter of 2022.
Đơn vị nhận chuyển nhượng – CTCP Nova Hospitality cũng do Novaland nắm 100% vốn điều lệ với số vốn hiện tại là 11.849,5 tỷ đồng. Trước đó, HĐQT Novaland đã thông qua việc tăng vốn cho CTCP Nova Hospitality lên 15.774,5 tỷ đồng, sử dụng nguồn vốn thu được từ phát hành trái phiếu.
The transferee – Nova Hospitality JSC is also 100% owned by Novaland with the current capital of VND 11,849.5 billion. Previously, Novaland’s Board of Directors approved an increase in capital for Nova Hospitality JSC to VND 15,774.5 billion, using capital obtained from bond issuance.
