Food & Hotel 2022 took place successfully in the exciting atmosphere of the year-end festival season. In particular, this year’s exhibition also left a mark in the hearts of visitors with dramatic and thrilling competitions within the framework of the event: Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC), Vietnam Barista Competition, and Vietnam Aromaster Championship.
The Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC), under Chef Norbert Ehrbar, has attracted worldwide contestants, from famous chefs to talented students.
In addition, the Vietnam Barista Competition and Vietnam Aromaster Championship also ended with convincing victories, with a creative explosion from professional baristas.
The contestants are the generations representing the future of the culinary, restaurant, and hotel industries in Vietnam. Therefore, Food & Hotel Vietnam has been continuously supporting and accompanying VNCC and the barista contest for years so that the hotel and culinary industry in Vietnam become more vibrant, allowing the sourcing of better products while fostering future generations of the culinary scene.
