Quy Nhon beach real estate welcomes new growth momentum

19/05/2022

BINH DINH After a period of slowing down due to the epidemic, Quy Nhon beach real estate received many positive signals, expecting growth again.

According to experts, from a few years ago, Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh) has many advantages, but it is still not a prominent name on the map of resort and tourism real estate in Vietnam.

New step

Thanks to the policies to attract and promote tourism issued by the Provincial People’s Committee, determining Quy Nhon to become the new growth pole, the appearance of the coastal city has witnessed many obvious changes. These can include highways connecting continuously between regions, flights increasing service frequency or the appearance of high-class marine real estate products, promising to promote flourishing tourism.

In the presentation presented at the Workshop “The attraction to bring Quy Nhon to sublimation into the new destination of Asia” held at the end of March, Assoc. Dr. Tran Kim Chung – Former Deputy Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management said that Binh Dinh – Quy Nhon tourism real estate is in a new development cycle. Moreover, this is the first development cycle of this area, but the fourth cycle of the Central Highlands – Central Coast. Therefore, Binh Dinh – Quy Nhon tourism real estate still has unique, prime locations and high economic value.

“At the moment, there is a cycle – a new wave of tourism real estate development in this area, with the destination being Quy Nhon. Because the transport infrastructure in Quy Nhon has been completed and continues to be improved. As well as Binh Dinh province’s strong rise in the tourism and real estate chain of the Central Coast, it has become an attractive destination for investors,” added Mr. Chung.

Another expert shared, another signal that Quy Nhon beach real estate is entering a new cycle is the tourism potential of Hai Giang peninsula when the “peninsula city” MerryLand Quy Nhon exists. .

The potential of the “peninsula city”

In the transformation into the new cycle of Quy Nhon, it must be mentioned that large-scale projects with a new type of real estate are both a driving force for tourism development and promising investment potential.

For example, the “peninsula city” MerryLand Quy Nhon is invested by Hung Thinh Group. The project has a total investment capital of phase one of up to VND 57,000 billion, with a scale of 695 hectares, developing Bizhouse real estate to meet the same needs: living, resorting, long-term business development.

With a plan of 25 subdivisions, MerryLand Quy Nhon is oriented to be a world-class commercial and tourist peninsula city. Located on Hai Giang peninsula, in Nhon Hoi economic zone, the project enjoys full advantages in terms of traffic and tourism exploitation value.

“In the near future, this place will become a destination for domestic and foreign tourists when providing high-class resort infrastructure with world-famous management and operation units, or architectural styles and goods. a series of rare experiences from the utility system with many records recorded”, a representative of Hung Thinh Corporation affirmed.

This position also emphasized that the appearance of high-class and large-scale resort products with breakthrough real estate such as Bizhouse has become the mark and driving force for a prosperous period of Quy Nhon real estate.
