Dr. Tran Kim Chung – Former Deputy Director of the Central Institute for Economic Management said that Binh Dinh – Quy Nhon tourism real estate is in a new development cycle. Moreover, this is the first development cycle of this area, but the fourth cycle of the Central Highlands – Central Coast. “At the moment, there is a cycle – a new wave of tourism real estate development in this area, with the destination being Quy Nhon. Because the transport infrastructure in Quy Nhon has been completed and continues to be improved. As well as Binh Dinh province’s strong rise in the tourism and real estate chain of the Central Coast, it has become an attractive destination for investors,” added Mr. Chung.
Another expert shared, another signal that Quy Nhon beach real estate is entering a new cycle is the tourism potential of Hai Giang peninsula when the “peninsula city” MerryLand Quy Nhon exists. .
