Central supermarkets reduce prices of essential commodities after the storm

Many goods are reduced from 15-20% at Co.opmart supermarket in Central to serve people after Typhoon Noru.

Quickly recovering from damage after Typhoon Noru, Co.opmart supermarkets in the Central region of Saigon Co.op include Co.opmart Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), Co.opmart Quang Ngai, Co.opmart Tam Ky (Quang Nam). ), Co.opmart Da Nang, Co.opmart Son Tra (Da Nang), Co.opmart Hue, and Co.opmart Dong Ha (Quang Tri) reopened immediately after September 28; organized a discount for essential commodities, especially fresh food and processed food until October 12.

Specifically, fresh food items with a reduction of 15% to 20% include aquatic products of all kinds, such as non-pork, pork belly, non-smoky pork, pork shoulder; and vegetables like heart radishes, radishes, whole…

In addition to supermarkets with the program “Co.opmart Hang Long – Unlimited sale”, the discount will increase to 30% from September 29 to October 12 for food and chemical products including Jasmine Co.op Select, Co.op Happy soft sponge white rice, Co.op Select seasoning seeds, Co.op Select green beans, Co.op Happy medical masks, Co.op Happy toilet paper, Co.op Select box tissues, Co.op Happy washing powder/washing liquid, Co.op Happy dishwashing liquid.

Along with the above production factors, during this time, the Co.opmart system in the Central region also strongly promotes for users when buying the same products on Monday, Wednesday, Friday… of the same type for products from label lines, Co.op Select and Co.op Happy.

According to Mr. Thai Luong Hung – Central Regional Director of the Co.opmart system, in the spirit of high vigilance, the Central Co.opmart supermarket has prepared goods and safety plans for the staff in the storm and is serving the people in the best way.

Thanks to good preparation, proactive planning for early deployment of timely countermeasures such as sandbags on the roof, blocking windows into supermarkets, normal operation of machines and generators. At the same time, Co.opmart supermarkets from Binh Dinh to Quang Tri quickly planned to stock up on weak equipment in the rainy season, increasing flights with a frequency of 2 to 3 times, ensuring an abundance of goods to serve people at the closed supermarket table.
