LEVEL UP YOUR BUSINESS WITH DEDICATED FOOD AND DRINK WORKSHOPS AT THE EUROPEAN UNION PAVILION

24/11/2022

Welcome to Europe! Level up your business with dedicated food and drink workshops at the European Union Pavilion.

Discover The Perfect Match! of European and Vietnamese food and meet the experts at the European Union (EU) Pavilion at Booth BJ5-01.

Supply and demand for authentic European food and drink products in Vietnam is on the up thanks to the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), which came into effect in August 2020.

There’s never been a better time to discover, taste and share the unique stories behind European food and beverage, as well as their benefits and sales potential for your customers in Vietnam.

Bringing the EU’s ‘Perfect Match!’ campaign to life with product displays, deep dive product workshops, live cooking shows with popular European and Vietnamese chefs, the EU Pavilion is the place to be to experience the safety, quality, authenticity, and sustainability of EU food and drink products across five product categories.

Renowned Vietnamese chefs Hungazit and Duong Hoang will be hosting live cooking shows illustrating how European and Vietnamese ingredients can be creatively paired together for The Perfect Match!

European chef Isreal Ramos will then put his skills into action with tastings of authentic European meat products during an interactive product workshop, while EU food and drink experts will take to the stage during the dedicated product workshops to better understand the added value of European products, as well as how they may be creatively paired with local Vietnamese favourites to really capture and win loyal customers.

Over the three days there will be a total of 5 cooking shows with Chef Hungazit, 4 cooking shows with Chef Duang Hoang, 4 product workshops and a cooking show dedicated to EU meat.

The product workshops will focus on:

  1. Spirits
  2. Charcuterie Board
  3. Cheese & Wine pairing
  4. Olive Oil.

Each session will be a unique opportunity to discover, taste and share the unique stories behind European food and beverage, as well as their benefits and sales potential for your customers in Vietnam.

No matter which products you are most interested in, there will be a dedicated session for you. Make sure you’re there to meet the experts and discover the market potential of EU products with real-world examples, including how ‘Geographical Indications’ (GI) – the EU’s own quality certification system to protect products unique to specific regions and their traditional production methods, represents added value for producers and consumers alike.
