Lazada Vietnam predicts Tet shopping trends in 2023 – consumers are ready to open Tet shopping wallets


After the boom period of 2020-2021, the growth rate in 2022 will return to a steady beat. Lazada Vietnam has been monitoring and predicting Tet shopping trends of Vietnamese people.

According to data recorded from Lazada Vietnam, the e-commerce market continues to have great potential for development during the Lunar New Year period and the new year 2023, which can be clearly seen through some outstanding shopping trends below:

Specifically, according to Lazada Vietnam, keywords such as “men’s coats”, “men’s shoes”, “women’s handbags”, “women’s sandals”, “skin care products”, “sunscreen”, “lipstick”… are at the top of search terms. Similarly, electronics also continuously appear in the list of industries that receive high shopping with prominent keywords such as “Samsung Z Flip 3”, “iPhone 14 promax”, “wireless headphones”.

Shopping through livestream on e-commerce is increasingly popular with consumers.

In addition to a series of direct benefits for customers such as: introducing products on the spot, interacting and consulting with customers immediately at the time of shopping needs… Lazada’s LazLive channel also receives Especially favored by exclusive discounted products, a variety of vouchers that can be collected right in the livestream and above all useful, interesting and entertaining content.
