Overview
The 9th edition of Food & Hotel Vietnam (FHV) concluded its 3-day event on 27 April 2017 with strong emphasis as the Vietnam’s leading trade show for F&B and Hospitality industry. Held across 11,100 square meters of the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), FHV 2017 played host to 613 established equipment and service providers, agents and distributors from 38 countries and regions. There was also a strong line-up of 20 international group pavilions including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine and USA.

Vietnam Latte Art Competition 2017 (VLAC2017)The competitions attracted 51 candidates who challenged with serving one beverage from all three categories of drinks including: espresso, milk beverage and signature beverage. Baristas who become a champion will represent Vietnam at Barista Super Duo Challenge 2018 which is held concurrently with Food&HotelAsia2018 in Singapore. Below is the list of winners

The competition successfully attracted 255 entries from 144 passionate chefs, especially those who from top notch restaurants and hotels around Vietnam. There are 4 talented chefs and 2 teams won the highest prizes.
