Organised by the Saigon Professional Chefs Guild, Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC) has established itself as the Vietnam’s most prestigious culinary competition dedicated to promoting local culinary excellence. The 8th edition of VNCC is the arena for professional chefs in Vietnam and beyond to pit their skills against one another in a three-day series of ‘cook-offs’ for the coveted title of Grand Champion.
Held alongside FHV2017, Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2017 (VNCC) was a grand cooking competition that engaged culinary enthusiasts to spotlight their cooking talents and encourage their development. 255 individual contestants along with 3 teams gathered to compete in various challenges such as Vietnam cuisine, hot cooking, pastry, fruits and vegetables carving, where Mr. Watcharapon Chareonwimonrak from the Thailand Culinary Academy was crowned grand champion.
