I was also very happy to welcome a large contingent of participants from the Thai Culinary Academy and the KDU University in Penang, both adding quality and competitiveness to VNCC. The quality of the cooked dishes and carving exhibits has greatly improved from past years and we hope that this trend will continue to develop and grow in the near future.”

It has been an incredible three fun, fruitful and successful trade days at the exhibition, where the organizing team significantly grew visitorship and with quality to boot.
